We're back!! I am so happy to start this new season with some
very positive news as well as many practical changes that I made
this summer which have greatly impacted my mental health for the
better!
I'm not someone who has needed or had a lot of structure, but the
conviction to show up more intentionally for my family, and for
myself, has caused me to create a morning routine (consider it a
'routine for the disorganized or busy mom') that makes our mornings
so much sweeter as a family.
In this episode, I discuss the physiology and scientific findings
about things like sunshine, caffeine, grounding, cold showers, and
how they have made me a happier and better person.
